Community Guidelines
Fellowship exists so that no one has to walk through life alone. It is a place to read Scripture, pray, encourage one another and move forward — a few meaningful minutes a day. These guidelines help keep it safe, kind and Christ-centred for everyone.
1. Love one another
- Respect everyone. Speak to others the way you would want to be spoken to.
- No harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse or hate — including about anyone’s background, nationality, ethnicity, sex, disability or church tradition.
- Christians from many traditions are welcome here. Respectful theological and denominational disagreement is fine; mocking, attacking or trying to drive people away is not.
2. Keep it pure and safe
- No sexual or inappropriate content. Remember that people as young as 13 use Fellowship.
- No spam, scams, selling, fundraising requests or self-promotion.
- No dangerous medical, financial or spiritual advice — for example, telling someone to stop taking medication, to skip medical care, or to give money to “unlock” a blessing. Encourage people to seek qualified help.
- If someone says they may harm themselves or others, encourage them to contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away, and report the post so moderators can see it.
3. Build up, don’t tear down
- No deliberate disruption, trolling or content designed to undermine the fellowship.
- No malicious behaviour — impersonation, trying to identify anonymous posters, sharing other people’s private information, or abusing the report button.
- Protect privacy: avoid sharing details that could identify you or others in prayer requests.
4. Temporary by design
Everything the community shares — prayer requests, testimonies, posts, replies, questions, answers, comments, reactions and images — is active for 72 hours and then permanently deleted. There is no archive and no post history. Official content like the Daily Word can be saved.
5. Anonymous posts and what moderators can see
You can share prayer requests, testimonies and questions anonymously. Other members never see who you are. If an anonymous post is reported, moderators handling that report can see who wrote it so they can keep the community safe — and every time they do, it is recorded in a moderation log. When something is reported, a copy is kept as evidence until the report is resolved (plus 7 days), even after the post itself expires.
6. When something goes wrong
Use ••• → Report on any post or profile. You can also block (neither of you sees the other) or mute (you stop seeing their posts). Moderators may remove posts, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these guidelines. Suspended accounts can read but cannot post, pray, react or comment until the suspension ends.
